II. Purposes and grounds of processing

Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator, in particular:
a. for the purpose of taking measures prior to the conclusion of a contract at the request of the data subject or for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (data necessary for concluding the contract are indicated in the contact form) – (based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR);
b. to conclude a sales contract based on your interest in our offer (based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
V. for analytical purposes [better selection of services to meet the needs of our clients, overall optimization of our products, optimization of service processes, generation of knowledge about our clients, financial analysis of our company, etc.], which is the implementation of our legally justified interest in this regard (the basis in paragraph f of Article 6 Section 1 GDPR);
d. for archival (evidential) purposes which represent the realization of our legitimate interest in providing information in the event of a legal need to prove the facts (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
e. to be able to determine, pursue or defend against claims that are the exercise of our legally justified interest (basis in Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR);
f. for the purpose of customer satisfaction research, which is the implementation of our legitimate interest in determining the quality of our services and the level of satisfaction of our customers with products and services (basis in Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR);
d. to offer you products and services directly (direct marketing), including selecting them according to your needs, i.e. profiling, which is the implementation of our legally justified interest in this regard (basis in Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the agreement between you and the Administrator, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, which is concluded as a result of the adoption of the Regulations and in pursuance of which the processing of your data is carried out. the data is necessary or if you provide separate “Consent”, for example, for sending you commercial information, a so-called newsletter or for our use of direct marketing.
Providing personal data if you wish to conclude an Agreement is not mandatory, but failure to provide it will make it impossible to conclude and execute the Agreement.

III. Data retention period

Your personal data processed for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling a contract will be stored no longer than necessary, that is, for the period necessary for:
a. after-sales customer service (e.g. complaint handling),
b. securing or implementing any claims of the Administrator,
V. fulfillment of the Administrator’s legal obligation (for example, arising from accounting or tax rules),
Your personal data processed for the purpose of marketing the Administrator’s own products on the basis of legitimate legitimate interest will be processed until the data subject objects.

Legal basis for processing

We collect the above data on the basis of consent expressed by the user (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a GDPR), for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR).
